At any one time, there are thousands of people learning on vocational pathways, many of whom only attend their college or training provider 1 or 2 days a week.  

TrAC Recruit has built working relationships with many of the organisations where these people learn, and we engage with those who are interested in casual or temporary work through TrAC Recruit

How It Works

We meet with each person, supporting them whilst judging their readiness for work. 

Those that are ready are offered a temporary contract with TrAC and we create a biography detailing their skills, learning and experience to date

Each worker completes details of availability, which is checked with their college or training provider to ensure their work does not interfere with their studies

We provide temporary staff for businesses to support them to manage the peaks and troughs in their business through a not-for-profit organisation.  TrAC is a social enterprise business and reinvests in skills and employment programmes to support individuals to progress and learn.
